This page contains the Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order at Apparel, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these Terms & Conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Aspparel for the sale and supply of any products. None of these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by Aspparel.

Personal Information

Aspparel is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Aspparel. The information you provide is available to Aspparel and we do not provide your personal information to other companies in exchange for monetary payment. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Aspparel to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Aspparel Conditions, you agree to the above.

Cookies

Aspparel uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. There are two types of cookies: "Session Cookies'' and cookies that are saved permanently on your computer.

The first type of cookie commonly used is "Session Cookies". During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On Vasuma we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. Description of the Services

 Through the Services, you can purchase fitness and lifestyle apparel and products. You may also provide ratings or reviews or other related content for products or services available on the Website. We appreciate honesty, but please be respectful.

We reserve the right, with or without prior notice and in our sole and complete discretion, to refuse to allow any user to purchase any Offering or deliver such Offerings to a user or a user-designated address. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full, and any holds on your account by PayPal, your payment card carrier, or any other payment processor are solely your responsibility.

Order Acceptance 

Once we receive your order for an Offering, we will provide you with an order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, then we will refund the billed amount. Title and risk of loss for any purchases of physical products pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier. We reserve the right to ship partial orders (at no additional cost to you), and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 5, the portion of any order that is partially shipped may be charged at the time of shipment. All orders are shipped using one of our third-party couriers. Online tracking may be available at our courier’s website (for example, FedEx), though we make no warranties regarding its availability because it is not under our control. While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival, we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date or time.

Promotional codes

We may offer certain promotional codes, referral codes, discount codes, coupon codes or similar offers (“Promotional Codes”) that may be redeemed for discounts on future Offerings, or other features or benefits related to the Services. You agree that Promotional Codes: (a) must be used in a lawful manner; (b) must be used for the intended audience and purpose; (c) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available by you to the general public (whether posted to a public forum, coupon collecting Services, or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by Aspparel; (d) may be disabled or have additional conditions applied to them by Aspparel at any time for any reason without liability to Aspparel; (e) may only be used according to the specific terms that Aspparel establishes for such Promotional Code; (f) are not valid for cash or other credits or points; and (g) may expire prior to your use.  

No USE BY Children.

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Services.  Users are not allowed to give Aspparel the personal information of any persons under the age of 13 for delivery or shipping purposes or any other reason.

License Grant to Reviews 

When you create, share, link to, or otherwise make available any Reviews, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, host, cache, store, reproduce, distribute, perform and display such Reviews throughout the world in any manner or media, on or off the Website. You hereby irrevocably waive in favor of Aspparel any and all moral rights that you may possess in or to any Reviews. Aspparel retains and reserves any and all intellectual property and other proprietary rights in and to its trademarks and nothing in these terms gives you a license or other right to use our trademarks.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense and are not under the control of Aspparel.

Additional Information

Aspparel reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of when a product is sold out, Aspparel has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.
