WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 pm EST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you need to return or exchange your purchase we have a very simple process detailed below. 

 

  1. Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. 

  2. Fill in the Returns Form that you can download here (print the document and use your Order Number as the Return Authorization Number on the form).

  3. Place the item(s) and Return Form back into the package you return to us. 

  4. Return shipping is not covered so please be mindful when selecting your products. You must include tracking on your package and provide us with your order number as well as the tracking number via email at support@aspparel.com. Most international packages take longer depending on the country. Your refund will be processed in the same payment method as the purchase within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the garment. Any returned products must be in a resalable condition.

  5. Once the item is received by us and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition, you will receive an email regarding the approval for your refund or exchange request. Please note that we can not guarantee that your preferred exchange item will be in stock.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?

We sincerely hope that this won’t happen but if for any reason you receive a faulty item please reach out to our friendly Customer Service Team via email support@aspparel.com. Please provide your order number, email address, and preferred outcome in your email so we may provide a quick solution.

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • You may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. 

  • In case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. All items are subject to inspection.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Must provide pictures.

  • Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  • All returns must include an order packing slip and original packaging poly bags, and hang tags.

  • When requesting a return for multiple orders, please submit a returns request for each order. 

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • We reserve the right to reject any item that does not comply with our return policy.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to generate return labels for International orders. International customers are responsible for shipping back their order once they have received a return authorization.

  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered to the order's shipping address. We cannot refund lost or stolen items. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer any-item exchanges to all orders within the U.S. (excluding final sale items) If the new item is for a lesser amount, you will be refunded the difference. If the new item is for a greater amount, you will be charged the difference. Please submit a returns request online to proceed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. We can only provide refund or store credit for international returns.
